Returns & Exchanges

Here at WeWOOD NZ we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, then we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 21 days of receipt of the product.  The product and packaging must be in new condition excluding any modifications. The original amount less shipping with be credited to you for returns. In the case of an exchange, WeWOOD NZ will pay for return shipping. We do not offer returns or exchanges for products on sale.

We strongly suggest that customers use some form of tracking when shipping any products to WeWOOD NZ.  WeWOOD NZ does not take any responsibility for packages lost in transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the shipping costs back to WeWOOD NZ.
